Crystal Philippus grew up as a competitive basketball player, but she made the transition into the sparkly world of dance quite seamlessly. Her many years of administration experience combined with the discipline, strategy and teamwork of basketball and her daughter’s inexplicable non-genetic love of dance since birth, has made Miss Crystal the perfect Operations Director at EDC.

Her strengths are many, but she really shines in the areas of people, organization and details. Miss Crystal is a wife and mom to three beautiful children, Bella, James and Jax. She loves spending time with family and enjoying the Colorado outdoors by running, hiking and camping.
