Birthday Parties

What?

A birthday to remember with dancing, games, and party favors in your favorite dance studio.

  • 12:00 parent set-up time if needed
  • 12:30-1:15pm Your EDC Party Host entertains guests with dance games and a fun routine that dancers will get to show off later.
  • 1:30-2:15pm Parent Time- cupcakes and gifts.
    • Party Host will exit to create a printed thank you note with the group’s photo to send home with your dancers.
    • Party Host will return and assist you with trash pickup, etc.
    • If upgraded with food, EDC staff will pick up the food and assist with serving and cleanup.
  • 2:15-2:30pm Your EDC Party Host reviews the routine with dancers. Parents arrive to pick up their children and are invited into the room for the last five minutes to watch the dance.

Who?

  • 12 kids included. Up to 18 max.

When?

  • Saturdays 12:30-2:30pm, Friday evenings pending staff availability.

How much?

  • $325. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due when booking to reserve your date.
  • $18 per additional child over 12 children.

What You Need To Bring

  • Any additional decorations you want
    • All decorations must be hung with painters tape. (No nails, push pins, duct tap, etc. All damage to wall paint may incur an additional charge.)
  • Cupcakes, napkins, drinks
  • Don’t forget: We don’t wear street shoes on the dance floor. Make sure your party guests know they will be dancing barefoot or in their own socks.

What’s included?

  • A customized digital invitation and waivers that you can print or email to the guests
  • 30 minutes parent set-up time
  • 6 helium balloons and a chalkboard sign welcoming the birthday guests in the entryway
  • Two tables covered with white plastic tablecloths in the party room to be used as needed for the parent (ex. gift table and cupcake table)
  • A talented EDC Party Host
  • A clean and open space with optional party lights
  • A customized “thank you note” with group photo
  • Two party favors per guest- a glow wand and glow bracelet-The Guest of Honor takes home the balloons too!
  • Option to upgrade with food & bottled water/juice boxes
    • Marco’s Pizza at +$10 per child. Choose cheese, pepperoni or sausage.
    • Which Which Sandwich Boxes at +$15 per child. 7″ Lunch Box includes a Sandwich, Cookie and Chips
    • 3 Margaritas Taco Bar at +$20 per child. Taco Bar that includes 2 tacos per person – option of shredded chicken, ground beef, carnitas, or veggies – served with rice and beans.
