Miss Romi

Miss Romi began dancing ballet and tap at age seven at her local rec center. After a short break, she rediscovered her love for dance when she joined Elevate Dance Center in the winter of 2019. She started with hip-hop, then added breakdance, and currently takes every style EDC offers. Her dance accomplishments include passing her pointe assessment and earning her pointe shoes, performing in New York City with Dance The World, and dancing many routines as a member of the EDC dance team. Romi is also a member of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts and aims to graduate high school with honors in dance in 2029. Outside the studio, she enjoys school events, volunteering, reading, spending time with friends and family, and movie marathons with her parents and her dogs, Koda and Coal.
